Our Refractory Anchors for Ceramic Fibre are specially designed to securely fix ceramic fibre blankets, modules, lightweight bricks, or other high-temperature insulation linings to furnace shells or industrial equipment. Made from high-performance alloys such as Inconel 601, 310 SS, or 316 SS, these anchors provide excellent heat resistance, oxidation protection, and thermal shock durability.
Available in various types including Press‑on clip systems, Fiberfix, Insultwist, and module anchors, installation can be done via welding, threaded fasteners, or press-fit locking methods, ensuring your insulation stays in place even under extreme temperatures.
Key Features:
High-temperature resistance: suitable for 1000–1500 °C or higher
Material options: alloy steel, stainless steel, and custom alloys
Flexible fixing methods: welded anchors, threaded anchors, press-fit locks
Ideal for lightweight insulation systems: fibre blankets, modules, and refractory bricks
Furnace linings: heat treatment furnaces, annealing furnaces, reheating furnaces, heavy-duty industrial furnaces
Industrial equipment: boilers, incinerators, steel plant furnaces, aluminum melting furnaces, petrochemical reactors
Modular or lightweight insulation installation: ceramic fibre modules, fibre blankets, low thermal mass systems
Maintenance & refurbishment projects: furnace relining, high-temperature insulation replacement, vibration or thermal shock environments
A heat treatment plant used fibre modules with Weld‑Loc and Power‑Loc anchors for modular and fast installation, reducing downtime and simplifying maintenance.
In a petrochemical facility, “Cerafix” fibre anchors were installed for linings exposed to temperatures above 1500 °C, providing excellent thermal shock resistance and easy replacement.
A steel plant installed InsulTwist + CupLock systems to secure fibre blankets to steel shells, verified over years for stability and heat durability.
